SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All non-custom orders are processed within 7 business daysPlease keep in mind that while the shipping carrier is working very hard to get packages delivered in a timely manner, there may still be delays due to COVID-19. We ask for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems, etc).
If a package is sent and is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address given or incomplete/incorrect information, once the item is received back to us the customer will be responsible for a $5 reship fee. If the reship fee is not paid a refund will be given less the cost of our shipping fees for restocking as we do not accept returns. 
Love Nuvo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
